Schizophrenia patients to the impact of vocational rehabilitation Positive impact (cognition, quality of life): A Case Study

Abstract
Objective : The purpose of this study was to investigate the positive impact on quality of life after discharge, such as social adjustment and specific plans of Schizophrenia patients through a case to find out the impact of vocational rehabilitation for patients with Schizophrenia.

Method : We performed a self help change the perception of the subjects before and after the application after you have performed the required vocational rehabilitation patient to see a positive effect targets 1 of 47-year-old male diagnosed with Schizophrenia being admitted to a hospital in Seoul satisfaction was applied to K-MMSE COPM and to determine the change.

Results : I have been a patient of the results of K-MMSE score was subjected to any vocational rehabilitation has increased from 22 points to 25 points, perform the COPM conducted to investigate the change of performance and satisfaction scores have increased by 5.7 points from 4 points, satisfaction scores increased by 6 points from 5 points.

Conclusion : Implementation of the vocational rehabilitation of the patients showed any vocational rehabilitation positive changes to improve quality of life and cognition. Is simply that the conduct does not end after the hospital vocational rehabilitation patients using a variety of vocational rehabilitation experience for adaptation in community life and maintain independent living and economic rehabilitation and many studies are considered to be sustainable.
